Darin is a business transaction lawyer with experience across many industries and a background in litigation. Darin’s practice represents clients in commercial and business transactions and litigation; business formation/dissolution; partnership law; intellectual property - trademarks; and real estate. He has extensive experience with companies in the auto, apparel, hospitality, real estate, and consumer electronics industries; among others. Darin is chair of the firm’s Consumer
Electronics Practice Group.

Darin received his B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University in 1994 and received a joint J.D./M.B.A. from Pepperdine University in 1997. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1998. Darin is a member of the American Bar Association, and a member of the Beverly Hills and Los Angeles County Bar Associations.
