About The Professional Club
The Professional Club (TPC) is a membership-based group of business executives consisting of CPA’s, Attorneys, Bankers, Insurance Brokers and other various industry professionals.
Since the club’s inception over 50 years ago, its role has been to create a setting for industry power brokers to meet and greet, as well as form lasting bonds that encompass both their professional and personal lives. TPC has grown from its roots as a niche networking organization within the Textile and Apparel industries (hence the old name “Textile Professional Club”) to a much larger group across various industries that includes other consumer products in addition to apparel.
The TPC organization is led by a four member board made up of a President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. Each member serves on the board on a voluntary basis. After accepting a position on the TPC board, an officer begins by serving as a Secretary and rotates through the executive positions on a four-year term to satisfy the TPC board commitment.
The TPC hosts between six to eight events annually at venues such as Tam O’Shanter’s, Santa Anita Race Track, Dodger Stadium, Il Moro Restaurante and El Coyote, to name a few. Each year, the group’s officers make concerted efforts, using member feedback, to move with trends, while keeping favorable venues in mind.
After you pay the $50 annual dues payment online, each member is entitled to a personalized listing in the directory (with password protected viewing privileges). In addition, each individual member receives a 25% discount at TPC’s numerous events throughout the year along with exclusive participation in the year-end raffle where electronics and other prizes are awarded to the selected winners.
